职位描述(Position Description) |
以下内容三选一: 1、研究半导体器件与环境相互作用的损伤机制和物理模型; Investigation on the degradation effects and physical models of semiconductor devices under the influence of the environmental factors; 2、研究半导体器件的辐照实验方法 Development of the methods for the radiation experiments of semiconductor devices 3、研究半导体器件辐照损伤的多尺度模拟方法 Study of the simulation methods for multiscale systems regarding radiation damage of the semiconductor devices |
候选人基本条件(Basic Qualifications) |
1. 需要具有物理、材料、电子的相关专业博士学位; 2. 有辐照物理、半导体材料等方面经验的人员优先; 3. 具有良好的中英文表达及沟通能力,熟悉实验室常用软件; 4. 热爱科研,具有独立的科研能力,协调沟通能力,富有责任感和团队合作精神 1. A Phd degree in Physics, Material Science, Electronics or related areas is required. 2. We give priority to those having experiences in radiation physics, semiconductor materials and related areas. 3. People who have capacity of fluent expression and communication skills both in Chinese and English, familiar with the related scientific software, and who are passionate on science research with the abilities of independence, responsibility and teamwork are welcome. |

候选人基本条件(Basic Qualifications) |
1. 需要具有物理、光学等相关专业博士学位,具有实验经验者优先考虑; 2. 具有良好的中英文表达及沟通能力,热爱科研,具有独立的科研能力,协调沟通能力,富有责任感和团队合作精神 1. A PhD degree in quantum physics, quantum optics or other quantum related specialities is required. We give priority to those already having experiment experiences. 2. People who have capacity of fluent expression and communication skills both in Chinese and English, and who are passionate on science research with the abilities of independence, responsibility and teamwork are welcome. |
